Products on UsedStore are refurbished and not brand new. While we put all our refurbished laptops through rigorous testing and checking processes, sometimes there are unexpected faults or defects. For this purpose, we offer the following warranties.

7 days free trial warranty: Allows you to check your product, and if the product is not working, get a hardware replacement when you ship the product back to us within 15 days.

6 months warranties: We allows you to get six months warranty period for hardware product replacement. All warranties are applicable and can be claimed on defective, out-of-order or malfunctioned products.

You can claim warranty by notifying us via phone (+91)999-999-9999 or email [email protected] within the time period given above. Any claim beyond this period will not be applicable.

When you claim warranty you need to provide:

• Order ID
• Copy of product invoice
• We will try to fix it online or with the local technician.
• If it is not resolved, ship the product to us with all accessories.

Please note: Warranty claim does not include shipping charges; this is the responsibility of the customer.
