How the Exchange Process Works

Reach out within 10 days of delivery via email, WhatsApp, or our contact form. Share your order ID and a photo/video of the issue.
Pack the Device
Keep the original packaging, all accessories, and documents included with your order. We will arrange a free pickup.
Inspection
Our team inspects the returned device (1–2 business days). If verified, a replacement or refund is processed immediately.
Resolution
Replacement dispatched within 2–3 business days, or refund credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

- •Device received in physically damaged condition
- •Device not turning on or not functioning as described
- •Wrong product delivered
- •Missing accessories that were listed in the product description
- •Hardware failure within the exchange window
❌ Not Covered
- •Damage caused by the customer after delivery
- •Items returned without original packaging or accessories
- •Software-related issues caused by user action
- •Physical damage (drops, cracks, liquid damage) after receipt
- •Requests raised after the 10-day window
- •Cosmetic differences from photos (grading is disclosed at purchase)
