Pack the Device

Keep the original packaging, all accessories, and documents included with your order. We will arrange a free pickup.

Inspection

Our team inspects the returned device (1–2 business days). If verified, a replacement or refund is processed immediately.

Resolution

Replacement dispatched within 2–3 business days, or refund credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Covered

  • Device received in physically damaged condition
  • Device not turning on or not functioning as described
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing accessories that were listed in the product description
  • Hardware failure within the exchange window

Not Covered

  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Software-related issues caused by user action
  • Physical damage (drops, cracks, liquid damage) after receipt
  • Requests raised after the 10-day window
  • Cosmetic differences from photos (grading is disclosed at purchase)
