UsedStore.in is operated by Globex Digital and has been delivering certified refurbished electronics across India since 2015. By accessing or placing an order on UsedStore.in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are capable of forming legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act 1872, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

All products on UsedStore.in are certified refurbished electronics. Each listing clearly states the condition grade (Like New, Excellent, Good, or Fair), IMEI verification status, battery health (where applicable), and included accessories. Product images are representative — exact cosmetic appearance may vary within the stated grade.

All prices are displayed exclusive of GST. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). A GST-compliant invoice is available on request and adds 18% GST on the item cost. UsedStore reserves the right to update prices at any time. The price charged is the price confirmed at the time you place your order — subsequent changes do not apply to confirmed orders.

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and EMI (on select cards). All online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store any payment credentials. Cash on Delivery is not available — all orders are prepaid.

Products come with a UsedStore hardware warranty: 6 months for Laptops, PCs, Smartphones, and Tablets; 3 months for Batteries; 30 days for Accessories. Warranty covers functional hardware failures. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, software issues caused by user action, or damage from unauthorised repair. See our Warranties page for full details.

We offer a 10-day exchange policy for items received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. The request must be raised within 10 days of delivery with proof. Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Users must not use UsedStore.in for any unlawful purpose including but not limited to: misrepresentation, fraud, transmitting harmful or malicious content, attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or violating any applicable Indian law or regulation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.

All content on UsedStore.in — including text, images, logos, and code — is owned by UsedStore or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without prior written consent.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
