Does UsedStore deliver all over India?+
Yes. UsedStore delivers to metros and Tier-2/3 cities across India, shipping via Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Shiprocket. Metro delivery is typically 2–3 business days; Tier-2/3 cities 3–5 business days. Serviceability is confirmed at checkout.
UsedStore vs Cashify — which is better?+
UsedStore and Cashify serve slightly different needs. UsedStore focuses on certified refurbished laptops, smartphones and tablets with a 6-month hardware warranty, 10-day exchange, and transparent condition grading. Cashify is better known for device resale/exchange. For buying a refurbished device with a long warranty and PAN India delivery, UsedStore is purpose-built for that use case.
Is it safe to buy refurbished electronics from UsedStore?+
Yes. Every device is tested and graded by our technicians. Smartphones and tablets are IMEI verified to ensure they are not stolen or blacklisted. Orders are backed by a 6-month hardware warranty, a 10-day exchange policy, and secure prepaid payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, EMI).
Does UsedStore have a physical store?+
Yes — UsedStore has a physical store in Hyderabad, which also doubles as its fulfillment centre. Across the rest of India, UsedStore is online-only and ships directly to customers. We do not have physical stores in other cities.
Shopping & Orders
What does "certified refurbished" mean?+
Every device on UsedStore goes through our standard checks before delivery — it's tested and graded by our technicians before listing.
What are the condition grades?+
Like New — near perfect condition, no visible wear. Excellent — minor signs of use, fully functional. Good — visible wear but no performance impact. Fair — significant marks but works fine. Each grade is clearly disclosed on the product page.
Are the IMEI numbers verified?+
Yes. All smartphones and tablets are IMEI verified to ensure they are not stolen, blacklisted, or reported lost. Look for the "IMEI Verified" badge on product pages.
Can I get a GST invoice?+
Yes, a GST-compliant invoice is available on request. Our listed prices are exclusive of GST, so choosing a GST invoice adds 18% GST on top of the item cost. Share your order ID with us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] after placing your order to request one.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?+
No. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders are prepaid via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or EMI — all processed securely through Razorpay.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?+
Orders are typically processed in 2–3 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Metro cities are generally faster (2–3 days).
Which courier partners do you use?+
We ship via Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Shiprocket. The carrier is assigned automatically based on your pin code and availability.
How do I track my order?+
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also check your order status under My Account → Orders.
Do you ship PAN India?+
Yes, we deliver to most pin codes across India. Serviceability is confirmed at checkout before you place the order.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?+
We offer a 10-day exchange policy for products received in damaged, defective, or non-working condition. Contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order ID and photos of the issue.
How do I initiate a return?+
Email [email protected] or use our Contact page. Share your order ID and describe the issue. We will arrange a free pickup.
When will I get my refund?+
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after our team receives and inspects the returned device. The amount is credited to your original payment method.
Does the product need to be in original packaging?+
Yes. The device must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories. Damaged or incomplete returns may affect the refund amount.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and EMI (on select cards) — all via Razorpay's secure payment gateway. Cash on Delivery is not available.
Is it safe to pay online on UsedStore?+
Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store any card or UPI details on our servers.
Can I pay in instalments (EMI)?+
Yes. EMI is available on select credit cards at checkout. The available EMI options and tenure will be displayed based on your card.
Warranty & Support
What is the warranty period?+
Laptops and PCs: 6-month hardware warranty. Smartphones and Tablets: 6-month warranty. Batteries: 3-month warranty. Accessories: 30-day warranty.
What does the warranty cover?+
Hardware failures including motherboard, screen (functional), ports, buttons, and internal components. Physical damage, liquid damage, and software issues are not covered.
How do I claim a warranty?+
Email [email protected] with your order ID, a description of the issue, and photos or a video. Our team will guide you through inspection and resolution.
What if my device develops a fault after delivery?+
If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the device at no charge. Typical turnaround is 5–7 business days after pickup.
