How Shipping Works
Order Confirmed
You receive an order confirmation email with your invoice and order ID immediately after payment.
Processing
Our warehouse team inspects, packs, and labels your device within 2–3 business days of your order.
Dispatched
Your package is handed to our logistics partner. You receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
Delivered
Delivery within 3–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities are typically faster.
Our Logistics Partners
The carrier is assigned automatically based on your delivery pin code and availability. Carrier preference cannot be selected at checkout.
Payments
All orders on UsedStore are prepaid. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and EMI on select cards — all processed securely through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is not available.
ℹ️ You will receive a payment confirmation and invoice by email as soon as your order is placed.
Pin Code Serviceability
We deliver to most pin codes across India. Serviceability is checked automatically when you add your delivery address during checkout. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified.
