EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
All products on UsedStore are refurbished through a quality-checking process. If you receive a damaged or defective product, or a product that does not work properly, you can request an exchange within ten days, no questions asked.
Here’s how to return a product for exchange:

- Provide purchase evidence such as invoice, payment mode, and order ID.
- Return the product to UsedStore as is, in the box with invoice copy and accessories (if any).
- Your returned product will be processed for exchange.
- Make sure you have all the components. Otherwise, exchange will not be possible.
- List the damage or defect on a separate sheet; never mark or write on the product or components.
- Ship your product for an exchange or return within ten days to avail of this policy.
- Once we receive your returned product, it will be checked for defect or damage, and a replacement will be given of the same product;
- If your replacement product is unavailable, then exchange it with another product, or a refund is given.
- For returns and exchange products, the customer bears the shipping cost. For more information on this, please check this page.
All orders are subject to product availability. If your ordered product is unavailable due to some challenges, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using the original payment method.
